A key competence of High-Voltage Union is manufacturing of transformer substations:

KTPBR-110/35/10(6); 110/20; 110/10(6) kV modular transformer substations

KTPBR-110/35/10(6) and KTPBR-110/10(6) (optional 110/20kV) modular transformer substations of 110, 35 and 10(6) (or 20) kV with transformers up to 40000 kVA are supplied fully completed and adjusted and are completely ready for erection. The efficiency of the modular design is confirmed by operating experience of dozens of substations we have manufactured.

KPTBR-M-35/10(6) kV modular transformer substations

KTPBR-M-35/10(6) modular transformer substations of 35 and 10(6) kV with transformers up to 16 000 kVA are completed with outdoor installed blocks with 35 kV vacuum circuit breakers of outdoor installation.

Enclosed-type substations ZKTPR-35/10(6) kV

In 2002 indoor installed construction of 35 kV based on KU35 complete switchgears with ВР35 vacuum circuit breakers was developed. The development allowed to start production of enclosed-type modular transformer substations KTPBR-M-35/10(6) with transformers up to 16 000 kVA.

Traction substations

High-Voltage Union manufactures modular traction substations for railroads KTPBR-110/27,5/10(6) of 110 to 27,5 and 10(6) kV voltage transformation equipped with transformers from 2 500 kVA to 40 MVA of power. Traction substations are used for 27,5 kV 50 Hz power supply of contact-wire lines  as well as for 110 kV and 10(6) kV power transit and distribution.
