High-Voltage Union manufactures modular transformer substations KTPBR-M-35/10(6) kV of transformers’ capacity from 1000 kVA up to 16000 kVA.

KTPBR supply includes the following basic units and elements:

• one or two power transformers;

• outdoor installed switchgears of 35 kV with rigid and flexible bus system elements;

• switchgears of 10 kV mounted in a permanent building or in a modular steel housing;

• substation control unit;

• telecommunication and remote control equipment and apparatus, power backup sources;

• auxiliary transformer cabinets with a capacity from 25 to 250 kVA;

• lightning guard, grounding, lighting devices, barrier, spare parts, instruments and accessories, set of individual and fire.

Modular transformer substations KTPBR-M-35/10(6) kV are widely used  for power supply of industrial and agricultural areas, local utilities, building, miming, oil and gas industry, etc.

Under the present layout of KTPBR-M-35/10(6) it is possible to provide stepwise expansion of 35 kV network in a region by following steps:

• second power transformer installation with widening of 35 kV outdoor switchgear of the substation in force;

• second power transformer installation without a widening of 35 kV outdoor switchgear;

• replacement a transformer of  the substation by more powerful one;

Modular transformer substation KTPBR-M-35/10(6) kV is standard to be manufactured, installed on the site and put into operation within 60 days by the project approval.
